Sexy is all about attitude. It's about your manner, your style, the way you walk, talk and generally carry yourself.

My girlfriends and I all agree that a man who is calm, cool and self-assured is sexier than the hyper excitable type who yaks, jabbers and generally acts out way too much

The guy who is mellow and who can loosen up will trump the uptight in your face abrasive type.

If a guy wants to know how to be sexy, he should practice slowing down a little: talk slowly, walk slowly, smile slowly, chuckle softly relax and hold her gaze for 1,2,3 seconds or more.
