Who can say who is the hottest man, each year? No one can even agree on the top 10, 50 or even 100. Yet we love to do it anyway. You can bet these guys will be featured as hot wallpapers, gracing your myspace pages, computer desktops and your mobile phones.

How could we survive without ogling the annual Sexiest Man Alive. So verysexymen just had to remind you of some of the lists that boasted 2008' sexiest men. And yeah we'll be doing it next year, because the best part is.....we'll have pictures and you our readers will be helping to choose. Now we're just focusing on 2 lists of 10 however.
